This Ultimate OZZY Sabbath era formed in 2001 and driven by his love for Tony Iommi and Black Sabbath, Electric Funeral was the vision of Heavy Metal guitarist Tim Graham. But the man who once met Ozzy on a sidewalk in L.A. did not guess that his efforts to recruit band members would turn up Skitzo front man, Lance Ozanix, a veteran Ozzy impersonator. Lance brought in two former band members from prior, now defunct, Sabbath tributes: Chadwick from Paranoid and Chris Newman from Sweet Leaf.
Early in 2007, Electric Funeral hired former Outrage and Ashen Idol drummer, Liz Daniels as a second drummer so the band would never have to turn down a gig. Newman has since left the band and Daniels is now Electric Funeral's official doublebass queen.
