Electric Nana

Compone, arregla y produce sus propios temas con Logic Pro 8 y su imaginación, y sus conciertos son una mezcla de música electrónica, folk americano y pop "británicoespañol" con guiños al rock y otros estilos musicales como el reggae y el swing.

Sus influencias son muchas: desde AC/DC, Prodigy, Daft Punk... hasta Feist, pasando por Depeche Mode, Moby, The Beatles, Texas o Sigur Ros, por nombrar algunos (que sino nos eternizamos!). Su incapacidad para centrarse en un sólo tipo de música (y un sólo idioma) hace que sus canciones sean frescas, divertidas, originales y sin complejos.

Si esperas encontrar algo que puedas meter cómodamente en una cajita y etiquetarla, te recomiendo que busques en otra parte, porque aquí te va a resultar un poco difícil!!

ElectricNana is the music project of a 25 year old songwriter from Madrid, who while studying journalism and working in many different fields, wanted to make music and melt together the brit pop and the electronic music that bloomed in the 80's in her hometown, with a pinch of a very personal and rebel emotion to it.

She writes, fixes and produces her own songs using only Logic Pro 8 (and her wild imagination), and her concerts are a magnetic mix of electronic music, american folk and "britspanish" pop with a little bit of rock and punk every now and then.

Her influences go from AC/DC, Prodigy, Daft Punk... to Feist, Depeche Mode, Moby, The Beatles, Texas, Sigur Ros and millions more. She's pathologically unable to focus on just one style of music (and language), and that makes her songs unique, fun, fresh and bold.

If you were expecting to find something easy to label you should really consider looking somewhere else because you might have some trouble with this one!
