What about it? It is a major part of my life. I must have some playing in most any situation. I have VERY eclectic tastes, ranging from Funkadelic to Nico to Kraftwerk to Scott Walker. I am often chided for talking about music so much, but it is nearly constantly on my mind. One on my life's ambitions to convert my heroes into my fans. A short list of some of my favourite musicians: David Bowie, Iggy Pop, T. Rex, Roxy Music, Brian Eno, Bauhaus, The Cure, The Smiths, Siouxsie & the Banshees, The Velvet Underground, Blondie, The Cramps, This Mortal Coil, The Wu-Tang Clan, The Virgin Prunes, Crass, The Misfits, Joy Division, The Birthday Party, The Human League, Soft Cell, Prince, Gang of Four, Glass Candy & the Shattered Theatre, Public Image Ltd. Lately I've really been digging Vitalic, The Knife, Justice, El-P, and the Swell Maps. And lots of mambos.
I had better stop now or I will never stop typing . . . .
Here's what I am currently digging:
Some of my Favorites are Blue Velvet, Purple Rain, A Clockwork Orange, Wait Until Dark, Alien, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, The Wall, Performance, The Warriors, The Holy Mountain, Aguirre the Wrath of God, Mad Max,. . . That's just off the top of my head. I've seen the Dark Knight four times now, and really loved it.
Television
I dig the Venture Bros, Harvey Birdman and Sealab. I love the original Avengers program, and any Hollywood Squares Episode featuring Paul Lynde.
Books
Grant Morrison's The Invisibles is one of the best things I've laid my eyes on. It's more or less my Bible. Some more favorites are The Great Gatsby, Naked Lunch, The Theatre and Its Double by Artaud, A Season in Hell by Rimbaud, most of Kafka's works, same for Camus. I'm kinds turned on the 23 current, I luv Cosmic Trigger and I think I more or less understand what's going on. I enjoy Kurt Vonnegut (RIP), and was once fortunate enough to see him speak at Popejoy. Satan Burger by Carlton Mellick is the best contemporary fiction I've read. Right now I am more RAW, some Israel Regardie and lots of comicbooks.
Heroes
David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Lou Reed, Marc Bolan, Gatsby, Antonin Artaud, Quetzalcoatl, The RZA, Grant Morrison, Prince, Brian Eno, Morrissey, Peter Murphy, William S. Burroughs, Genesis P-Orridge and others.
I know how to make a noise. I can put together sounds very very well. I can't play for shit. I'd luv to record you. I have a strange studio, nothing comes out clean and I love it.

About me: Oh, hell.
Pleased to make yr acquaintance. I write a bit, draw a bit, compose and make noise as The Nasty Business. I have been accused of arrogance, cattiness, vanity, cruelty, pretension, beauty, sincerity, kindness and purity. You be the judge.
Let's see here dearies, what else might you need to know?
I sing affectedly, if not effectively. I make noises that have never been made before. My writings are vague enough to be called brilliant. My art meaningless enough to be considered beautiful. My music is in progress. I hope to never be satisfied.
I don't talk much unless I feel it benefits someone, but sometimes people disagree. I can read yr eyes pretty well, but I'll give anyone a chance. We're all human.
I am the first to admit that I am a joke. So are you, so is everything, so laugh at yourself and see if people still take you seriously. If they don't, but they still love you, they are your true friends.
I am better at answering questions than I am at spouting off about myself unprovoked. I don't post here often, hardly at all.
Message me here if you've got something to say to me.
I also have some images up on flickr. Click over to here to see more.
Who I'd like to meet: Commrades, brothers, sisters, nemeses, friends, lovers and seekers. Creative cats with an edge for the absurd. Invisible Others. Let's get together and laugh, those of us with the clown in our hearts. The holy grail is made when two faces meet, ya know.
I love meeting new people, so let's have a go. My house is the Eccentric Gentleman's Social Club, but no y chromosome is required. I have many fun devices that make all manner of noises, it's a rather entertaining place.
If you do "friend" me on here, all I ask is you have a reason, and yr not a collector. Let's talk until at least one of us learns something.
Hey Ehren, haven't seen you in a while.. I found out that you don't work at the W anymore.. I don't work there too much so I'm kinda lost.. I will be putting in my two weeks soon.. Take care of yourself dude.. Peace
