Brad Linzy (Guitarist, Drummer, Bassist, Vocalist)

Here are just some of the names of the fine folks with whom I (Brad Linzy) have written, recorded, and/or played music along the way:
UPDATE:

Sounds Like
I guess it depends on which song you're listening to. Usually it's some bastard combination of influences. Simon & Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen, Belle & Sebastian, The Beatles, John Prine, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Jim Croce, The Handsome Family, Ween, Beck, Neutral Milk Hotel, Jeremy Enigk, Wilco, Iron and Wine, The Shins, Mr. Bungle, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Weezer, Tool, Metallica (Pre-Black Album), 60's pop/rock, 70's prog, 80's pop/metal, 90's grunge, 00's indie, etc.
Perceiver(Wrote this one on acid. I like the ambling percussion) Night Light (A Lullaby)(Song for my current girlfriend to help her sleep) Spanish Bloodbath(Kinda Simon without the Garfunkel) 5000 Miles(Another lazy love song) Nervous Breakdown(Very jazzy. Lots of weird chord changes. $100 to the first guitarist who figures out how to play it.)
Climb(Kinda Tool-ish a-la 'Undertow'.) Ecclesiastes(Epic. Kinda 'Master of Puppets'-esque) Wonderland(Shades of Mr. Bungle tossed in.) Gymnos Pornos(70's funk on LSD) James Dean Von Santos(50's ballad meets dirty Weezer) Wells of Nod(Another 7 minute epic. Big Chorus. I bet you know where the movie samples are from!)
Yea I've remade the whole thing with completely different music. It's a lot more mellow. At some point I plan on printing up about 1000 copies and giving them away. It's kinda my tribute to a band that meant so much to me growing up.

My name is Brad and I am the guitarist and vocalist for the band Electric Tooth Syndrome. I am a fervent follower of current political events, I feel it is blatantly obvious that 9/11 was an inside job and I don't want to wait 60 years for a real answer. I also happen to believe that American and world politics for that matter is being controlled by carefully devised propaganda campaign generated by the selfsame intelligence community and military industrial complex that has been caught red-handed running drugs and guns in and out of our country and creating new and useful dragons to slay so they might maximize their profits and avoid a slump in business by making war.
I believe the Federal Reserve and the CIA to be two of the most obvious mechanisms of power for a shadow government that systematically undermines our Republic and I believe that Ron Paul is America's best last hope for real change of direction, unfortunately, I also believe that the general populace is so utterly retarded and brainwashed by today's pied piper of a media that we will probably not elect Ron Paul, we will probably elect what we think is the lesser of two evils only to find out they were the fucking same all along, but by then it'll be too late.
For all these reasons and more I find myself to be almost ashamed to be counted among those who call themselves human beings.
If you want to read more about me (I'm sorry you have no life), you can go to my website, or read my political and comedy writings here. I also rewrote and remade the entire Nirvana 'Nevermind' album if you're interested. You've never heard it sound anything like this before, I assure you. The only thing that's really the same are the lyrics. It's all on my site, along with a shitload of free original stuff.

Below is a video of a spontaneous call I made to C-SPAN.
The lesson I learned here is that political pundits squirm a bit when you say on live national TV that scientific polls are bought and paid for by the mainstream press and that our political system is a fraud. Also, I learned that I don't like being told by a German ex-patriot in so many words that I should "either love or leave" the country of my birth. In other words...fuck him. I stand by everything I said here. We are in peril in this country. Our elections are rigged both by the elections themselves and through the mainstream press, which is merely there to provide cover for an outcome that is already predetermined and agreed upon by the people that run both parties - probably out of the same office, in fact. That does not mean that every politician in office is a cog in the machine, but those who are not are only allowed to remain because the power brokers have learned that it's much less messy to just discredit and/or ignore those people...
After all, the public only knows what the media tells them. They certainly aren't going to READ or, God-forbid file FOIA requests to find out information for themselves. Hell, half of us find it a chore just prying our sweaty asses off the couch - myself included! Anyway, here's the video:
Here are some more Ron Paul videos for your viewing enjoyment. This man is my hero.

Hey There! THANKS FOR THE ADD! We offer more than noise... Hey, since they 'upgraded' the music player, we cannot randomize or change the order our tunes are in. This is supposed to be fixed in the next couple of weeks, but it brings me to this post. Basically I want to be sure you all listen to a little of EACH of the songs. 'Seattle Sux' is a punky type song, completely the OPPOSITE of 'Hazy' and 'One Bullet', so, there's that. -Oak Unit #42
