Electrocrush came to fruition around the end of 1999. Lead by founder and vocalist jimmie, Electrocrush entered the realms of electronic and industrial music breaking trends and remolding them into influential pieces of audio graphic art. Electrocrush has also been noted for providing theatrical performances and in doing so the band would like to state in adavanced that both its artistically visual and audio eccentricities are to be perceived entirely as truthful or as fictional is its audiences choose to believe. In short the band allows its audiences the ability to be as involved or disconnected as they allow themselves to be. The music is written to reach us all through its diversity and complexity. The bands ability to shift mood, thought and feeling within a split second has resulted in the band being labeled as “experimental/idm”. Inconsequently the diversity of their music has made it very challenging for Electrocrush to sustain a solid line up and as a result they have been through several members.

Electrocrush has currently began working on their second album "stealing angels".
