Television
I like to watch the NASA Channel! And, of course, Star Trek (all of them), Heroes, Eureka, Stargate, Futurama, My Name Is Earl, Southpark, The Big Bang Theory and shows about the paranormal. Monk, Psych, Cash Cab and Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader? are fun to watch, too.

Heroes
Hero numero uno is my Son, Richie! My Dad, Walter Stuart Weimar (1924-1969) He was in many battles during WWII (European Theater) then he worked in DC (at the Pentagon)during the Cuban Missile Crisis. After that he worked at NASA during the tail end of the Mercury Missions, the Gemini and Apollo Missions! Too bad he died of lung cancer before mankind landed on the moon, when I was ten. So many times I've wished I could talk with him. I've noticed that my art and his art have the same style, which proves to me that artistic skill is genetic. I also admire my Mom, Viola Weimar. She is always working on some type of creative endeavor. We live together and both love to watch Sci Fi. (Update~Momma just passed away from Pancreatic Cancer) Except for my son, everyone in my immediate family has died. And they all passed near (or on) St. Patrick's Day. The luck of the Irish, I guess. Another hero of mine is Laurel Clark - a Navy Flight Surgeon for a Harrier Squadron (rare for a female) I once knew from MCAS,Yuma during the 1990's. She followed her dreams and became an astronaut. I'd lost contact with her, then heard her name on the news when she died in the Columbia Space Shuttle tragedy. And, of course, Sally Ride - I've met her twice while volunteering for her Science Club. Oh yes, How can I forget, Lt.Commander Data! I met him at convention. So, I guess I've met all of my heroes.
Also, I'm my own hero.

About me: My heritage is German, Irish and Choctaw. I've started a new business called Yuma Mural Artist. www.yumaartist.com Check it out! I offer reasonably priced murals, faux finish, and art lessons. I'm also a substitute teacher because it is so much fun. I've spent the last two decades as an aerospace artist <~(creating paintings of aviation scenes.) I also like to paint fantasy, historical & spiritual themes, not to mention, dawgs.. I use watercolor, acrylic, airbrush, oils, pretty much all of the mediums. I like to hang out at the center of my own universe, enjoy being a dork, refuse to grow up, have zero sense of humor AND I only laugh on the inside. I don't have time to type anymore... This Internet ain't gonna surf itself, ya know...

Lol i know i know but for what we have, taco bueno is definately the best. i probably have it four times a week haha. I wanna come visit really soon! I dont have a job tho so i have no pesos either! lol but maybe this summer i can even though its gonna be crazy hot in yuma. But i love you too and miss you! =]
eh it was ok. I wasn't able to do anything special since I'm broke lol. Although a friend did take me to see bloody valentine 3D which was kind of cool.
