ARE ALREADY NOT FULLY FUNDED WHICH MEANS THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES. WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO HIGHER EDUCATION, (CCs, CSUs, & UCs) IT WILL BE ATROCIOUS IF PROP 1A PASSES. CLASSES ARE BEING CUT WHICH MEANS ALOT OF CLASSES ARE OVERCROWDED, GRADUATION BEING DELAYED BECAUSE STUDENTS DONT HAVE CLASSES THEY NEED TO GRADUATE, FEES ARE INCREASINGLY OUTRAGEOUSLY, 10,000 INCOMING FRESHMAN WERE DENIED ACCESS TO THE CSUs BECAUSE OF NO FUNDING. THIS WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN IF PROP 1A PASSES. WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT WITHOUT A COLLEGE EDUCATION THERE WILL BE NO PROFESSIONALS WE NEED SUCH AS DOCTORS, TEACHERS, SCIENTISTS, POLITICIANS ETC.
