Electronic Society is a DJ agency; London clubnight and record label brought to you by Kenny Palmer and Kid Circus. ES has been set up as an outlet for our passion for all things electronic house (yes we could discuss sub-genres all day, but time is money!). Electronic Society will be staging nights in London on a monthly basis, as well as looking to spread the name further afield outsdie the UK.
Electronic Society will be launching a record label focusing on electronic house, electro and progressive house - which will reflect the sort of music you can expect to hear at any of the Electronic Society events. The label will release tracks primarily vinyl, with tracks from established producers, as well as up and coming talent. Electronic Society's first release has been completed and will be ready for full release very soon.

Kenny Palmer is a house DJ with excellent credentials. His successful 12 year DJ career has seen him play in some of the worlds most prestigious clubs, consistently wowing crowds with his technically brilliant, distinctly unique mixing style and energy behind the decks. His sets are always fresh, original and well thought about, combining upfront melodic electronic house and progressive house tracks, yet to be released MP3's, promos, club classics and acapellas on three decks - This ensure that Kenny stands out from the rest.
2007 has seen Electronic Society booking agency head honcho Kenny travel worldwide with bookings requests coming in from Egypt (where Kenny headlined Cairo's first ever dance music festival) , Poland, Latvia, Bulgaria, Lebanon, Kiev and Austria. With the launch of Electronic Society's new night in London imminent, 2008 is already looking like it's going to be bigger, better and even busier.
Kid is a purveyor of the funkiest electro, house and breaks, a man who surfaces for brief periods to fire up the dancefloor before disappearing into the night. His sets take in the deepest, techiest house to the chunkiest electro and breaks (and by all accounts, he intends to keep it that way).
However, it is now as a producer that Kid is really making his mark. The mighty Cr2 released 'O for Oranges', his first outing under his other production name, Barbara from Brazil. Kid now has further releases and remixes on Love Is War Music (headed up by Ignition's Marcus J Knight), Ricky Stone's 852 imprint and Devore Recordings, with more to follow.
Not a man who likes to be pigeon-holed easily, Kid also
produces latin-inspired funk under his Coolhurst pseudonym. Coolhurst’s debut release, 'Taller Than The Line/Mamas' is out now on the legendary Freestyle Records imprint, whose output has gained heavy support from the likes of Kenny Dope, Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Mr Scruff, and DJ Yoda.
Laying it down at clubs across the land, Kid continues to play regular sets for the likes of Renaissance, Smokey Beats and Deranged & Demented among others.
Its always good when the Circus is in town.
