MY BIO:

Hello my name is Elemental Emcee. People usually just call me EL. I like music, all kinds of music, so I make crazy caffeinated beats and rhyme over them. Sometimes I sing, but don’t worry American Idol, my singing is crazy off the chain so please don’t try to judge it, just love it.

I like samples, synths, hard drums, and dogs. I also like (good) graffiti and hate advertising unless its my shameless self promotions. I used to use reason to make my beats, but now I use ableton live and love it. One phrase to describe my sound would be funky upbeat compressed glitch light with an NPR lyrical swagger.

I’ve won a bunch of battles, I’ve toured around the country a whole lot, I’ve thrown tons of events in Atlanta and opened for (insert big rap tours here). I’ve released a CD with Cypher Linguistics and have tracks on many other releases. My first solo CD is finally coming out and not only is it awesome but it also has a song with KRS-ONE and DJ Klever. I have songs that have been featured in DVDs and mixtapes. One song was even used by a martial arts instructor for a mixtape which was one of the oddest and coolest requests I’ve ever had.
