There is no one-sentence description for Element K. On the surface we are a modern dance band with a high-energy female vocalist. However, upon closer inspection, that is only one facet of the band. In fact, Element K has three lead vocalists, and although we do migrate towards dance and pop, we also cover many other genres—seamlessly. Our team approach to the lead vocal position allows us to shift between dance, rock, r&b, reggae, hip-hop, pop, and classic rock in a way that offers something for everyone to enjoy. I was wearing my ElementK T shirt the other day and someone asked "Does that stand for Potassium?" I thought they were on drugs until I thought about it, lol.
