Influences
We have many influences due to the varity of the band members. We listen to such bands as: Extol, Selfmindead, The Chariot, Norma Jean, Benea Reach, Silver, Underoath, Emery, Silence The Foe, Destroy The Runner and many others. However, our style is our own and despite listening to great bands we pride ourselves in trying to be inventive with our music and lyrics.

Eleos is a Metalcore band based in Oslo, Norway. We started playing early 2007 and has kept it going since then. We have had many different people in and out of the band, but the current line-up is what we hope to be final (at least for some time). We are inspired by many different bands, but we hope to more and more create a sound that is our own.
Our debut EP "Leaving the Past" is out at this moment! So if the music you hear is something you like then you know what to do...
