Started by Tim (DaySleepers) in 2006 to allow him to pursuit his passion for underground house by running his own nights, Elev-8 Promotions has been running for over a year in the UK with a massive amount of success.
Elev-8 prides itself on quality music, unique sets, unrivalled atmosphere, and ultra friendly clubbing while providing a solid setup to allow DJs to excel in their performance.
Tim's background is deeply involved in the dance music industry, being a professional DJ for many years while also co-promoting Unique Music alongside Jack Barham, the region's biggest name in electronic house music. This involved him organizing events and booking such DJs as King Unique, Tom Neville, Chris Lake, Jnr J & Kriss Darang, Sunny Wharton and Moussa Clarke to name a few.
Quick Biog: Tim has had an incredibly busy year, with a trip to Beirut (Milk Club), gigs up and down the UK including Pacha (London), as well as sets alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. Tim's productions have made a large impact on the club scene with a huge amount of support from the likes of Sander Van Doorn, which have lead to many bookings for his energetic and extremely chunky DJ sets.

Quick Biog: The Rhythm Punkz are one of the fastest up and coming acts in the UK. Their productions in 2007 have caused as much of a stir in the scene as their DJ sets, with their song Automatic being hammered by many big name DJs and a remix from 5th Suite causing devastation on the breaks dance floor. As well as gigs in China and up and down the UK, they have taken to the airwaves with The Future Underground Show hosted on local radio station Future Radio that currently transmits to over 116,000 homes in the area and via the internet. Having played some of the UK's largest festivals over the summer and with future releases already set and gigs in Poland planned, they are set to be huge in 2008.

Quick Biog: Crackerz and Jam have been making waves on the scene since 2004, with a massive amount of bookings up and down the UK and MixMag and DJ Mag lapping up their mixes. No one with more dedication to music will be found on the DJ scene, as not only do these guys DJ, they also teach it as a profession. 2007 saw them busier than ever including playing massive secret underground warehouse parties, with studio productions on the go too.
Current Residencies: Elev-8, Fat Factory, Twisted Fat Stuff.
Radio: Twisted Fat Stuff Radio Show - Future Radio.
Quick Biog: Over the last year Jack has excelled as a DJ, with guest slots all over the globe including a stint at Yes Club in China and extensive London and Ibiza sets. Jack has been hot property for the whole of 2007 having played at such prestigious UK clubs as London's The Cross and Pacha, and an October date at Ministry Of Sound. His sets combine many genres, all skillfully mixed with pro precision to produce amazing results. A smart DJ who always does his homework on a venue and it's crowd and adapts his set to produce maximum effect. With planned releases due in 2008 Jack has been turning down further bookings to allow him to get into the studio and work on his productions, which are already eagerly anticipated.

Quick Biog: John has had frantic year after winning MixMag DJ competition out of some 20,000 entries which gained him a set at the UK's biggest dance music festival “Global Gathering”. John has also been making a name for himself in London gaining a residency for Just The One held at SeOne, playing alongside the likes of Harry Choo Choo Romero. John has also had two visits to Ibiza this year covering various events in clubs and bars while out there. John's productions are also coming into their own with his first project being signed to Devore records in London. For such a little guy his DJ profile over 2007 has become massive.

Quick Biog: Joe is reasonably new to the club scene but already his technical abilities have earned him sets at prestigious venues up and down the UK, with two sets at Pacha, offers for Ministry Of Sound and The Cross and a new residency with London promoter Shameless. Joe puts huge amounts of energy into his sets and always rocks the dance floor. His many UK bookings, a good presence over the festival season and plenty of studio time will ensure that Joe stays in the spotlight in 2008.
