Elevator Fall: Ambient soundscapes mixed with downtempo beats.
Being influenced by such great artists as Zero 7, Air, Red House Painters,
Jean-Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Orbital and Underworld (just to name a few) Elevator Fall is a dreamy mix of
electro-pop, and jazzy cocktail lounge.
Having recently added the lovely vocals of Erica DeMeerleer, Elevator Fall
is progressing to new levels of meaningful insight to go with chilled back-beats and dreamy melodies.
Ask Judy is the second Elevator Fall release. Blending ambient soundscapes with
down-tempo beats, Ask Judy is a refreshing listening experience that can be enjoyed on
many levels. On this album many real world instruments are combined with electronically
generated noises and looped chaotic happenings.
“Diamond Lane” (track 2) is a new endeavor for Elevator Fall. With a vocal
performance by Erica DeMeerleer this song mixes a mellow lounge atmosphere with a seemingly innocent,
yet silky voice portraying relative and insightful meanings.
Sounding In Fathoms is the first album of the Elevator Fall
project. This album mixes slow driving beats, ambient soundscapes, ethnic world
orchestra instruments, and rock bass lines. It is recommended to experience
this album on a high fidelity sound system with plenty of sub harmonic bass
support.
