.. .. .. ............ .. 11 Works, this hard charging, rock'n roll'n, heavy alternative Northern Virginia Band was formed in early 2007. 11 Works is fronted by the melodic rock vocal styl'ns of Byron Foltz (Off Contact, Brother Psychosis), the guitar attack of "Cap'n" Jack Simms, fortified by the foundation of Jamie Cetto on drums and bassist Vernon Hawkins ( Obsidian Arising, Bittersweet Manics, Glassoline. Party Akimbo) for a tight and focused audio assualt. 11 Works has been playing and making noise in the Northern Virginia, DC Music scene, wielding its own style of melodic, heavy alternative metalic sound and wooing audiences across the region at clubs like Jaxx's, KC's Music Alley, the Clubhouse, Main Street, O'Shaugnessy's, Element Lounge in Richmond,others and coming to a club near you...oh yeah!!! .. 11 Works sound has been described as heavy rock alternative with modern metal underpindings. Claiming varies influences such as King's X, bad brains, Operator, Soundgarden, Tool, Porcupine Tree, Zep and Rush, Their dulcet musical stylings will melt your face off one minute and the next, place a soothing balm to your tortured soul. .. 11 Works would also like to give a nod to founding members Bemo, guitar and vocals and lots of writing credits and Steve "da man", original bassist, both who help set this 11 Works thang in motion..... .. 11 Works is proud to be sponsored by Rotosound....... .. .......... .. 11 Works has just finsihed it's first official studio recording the summer of 09', look for it at shows the winter of 09'.
