Elfin Spiral is Nick Ashron's collective producing alternative and uplifting dance music - where Ambient Trance and Psychedelic Chill Out meets Electric Guitar and Instrumentals...
Elfin Spiral was formed by Nick Ashron as a vehicle for creating a diverse range of inspiring visionary dance music featuring many different guest artists and DJs.
Nick Ashron originally set-up the band Pegasus in 1979 as one of the earliest ‘New Age' Rock bands in the early days of Steve Hillage (System7). After song-writing for bands including Gold (whose record sales reached over quarter of a million in Russia!!!), he went on to create a series of acoustic and instrumental albums under his own label Wandering Minstrel Music in the 1980's and 1990's (as well as being on Matthew Manning's Cloud9 record label). He has had several of his songs performed by artists including Woo and the late Dave Goodman's New Age Radio (Ex-Producer of The Sex Pistols) before forming Elfin Spiral in 1995 with the release of their double concept album 'Celestial Gateways and Tribal Awakenings', which was performed by Elfin Spiral at the prestigious Glastonbury Festival Green Fields. The album was engineered by Sex Pistols Ex-Producer Dave Goodman and Mouse Studios, with additional engineering by William Lightburn.
‘With Eyes Wide Open’ was then released in 2001 - recorded and engineered by Nick Ashron.
Their latest album ‘Pleiadean Love Dance’ was originally released in the Summer of 2005 and was re-released in the Summer of 2008 with new vocals by Regin Le Faye and with much wider online distribution (including Amazon.co.uk and itunes). Steve Mitchell (Soul Path) co-wrote the track 'Fire and Ice' and recorded the album at his Buzz'N'Bee studios with engineering once again by Mouse Studios.
Guest singers include the fabulous Carina Coen ('The Urban Mermaid)', and have included Regin Le Faye, Angel Sisters and Apollo Pendragon.

Hi Nick, I am guessing that Anna added me since I know that you are at the MBS show today so I will see you tonight and you can tell me what kind of day you had Francis
