Smiles
Nature because it is so beautiful
Clean fresh air
Flying and seeing things from a whole new perspective People because I am both fascinated and frustrated by them
Getting a new perspective when I learn something new
Politics- not for its partisan nature but because there is the possibility for change
Activism- because without it nothing would ever change That tickling sensation you get in your stomach when you see someone cute
The true good that I see in people
The little ‘coincidences’ in life
The sound of a laugh when something is so hysterical tears run down your cheeks and you almost stop breathing

Movies
I have a very eclectic taste when it comes to
movies. I like movies that make you think, laugh and cry.. Romantic
Comedies, Drama, some Action depends on my mood.
Television
Discovery and History Channel, CSPAN, CNN, MSNBC and the Weather Channel, thats pretty much the extent of it, I don't care for Reality TV, the News is as real as it gets.
Books
Dan Brown's "Deception Point", "Angels and Demons", and "The Da Vinci Code". I have yet to read "Digital Fortress". James Redfield’s "The Celestine Prophecy". "Moral Politics" by George Lakoff. "I Have a Dream; Writings and Speeches that Changed the World", by Martin Luther King Jr.
Just like my taste in movies, I need books that deal with some very controversial topics.. I like non-fiction books mostly. I have a need to know more about the world, and how it works, so I am always reading up on political issues, the sciences, theology etc. I read most of my information on the net more than in paper, it saves more trees anyway..
Heroes
My Mom, My Sister & My Friends.
Mahatma Gandhi is my favorite public figure. He is in one word- Activism.
All those who have ever questioned and fought for justice are heroes in my book. Barack Obama, Martin Luther King Jr., Bono, Oprah, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Al Gore, George Clooney, Danny Roberts.
“Who are you? What are you about? Are you cute? And should I add you as a friend?”
That’s what most people are wondering when they log onto MySpace and see the words “New Friend Request”.
Well, My name is Eli Corp and I’m 25 years old. Who I am and what I’m all about depends on when you ask me....
I’m always a Student; learning new things about myself, others and the world around me even if I'm not enrolled in school.
I’m always grateful to the love and support of my friends and family.
I’m always trying, so that tomorrow can be a little bit better than yesterday.
Sometimes I’m funny.
Sometimes I’m complicated.
Sometimes I’m just your average guy trying to figure out what to do in life.
Sometimes I’m watching as the planes fly above, wishing I were in the pilots seat.
Sometimes I’m working on a political campaign, or helping with a non-profit organization.
Sometimes I’m a painter, who enjoys the art of putting paint to canvass or creating a digital masterpiece.
Sometimes I’m writing, in the hope that one day I will have written a great novel.
Sometimes I’m traveling across the country to visit friends and see new places.
Sometimes I’m listening to a friend who’s had a bad day.
Sometimes I’m laughing out loud with those same friends at the absurd and ridiculous lives we live.
Sometimes I’m spending a quiet evening at home, reading and relaxing.
Sometimes I’m in my garden carefully working the soil and cultivating tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.
Sometimes I’m cooking the most amazing vegetarian dishes that even meat lovers are impressed with.
Sometimes I’m jamming to great dance music and singing in my car or in my room.
Sometimes I’m sitting at home watching a romantic-comedy, laughing and crying.
Sometimes I’m at the club, dancing terribly, but loving every second of it.
Sometimes I’m hiking in the woods, for that ever brief moment of solitude and silence.
Sometimes I’m lonely, sad, anxious, worried, fearful, confused, stressed, frustrated, apathetic, curious, contemplative, goofy, eager, thankful, happy, hilarious, and gregarious all in the same day.
And sometimes I come across someone who appears to be an extraordinary person; with all the complexities and challenges we all have, yet with an amazing spirit and the potential to become a good friend.
So if you’re reading this for the first time, there is a lot to know about me, but I hope I get to learn more about you. :)

Who I'd like to meet: People with Infectious Smiles, or just people who smile period, it always puts one on my face to see someone smiling! :-D
People who share a vision for progress and changing the world for the better.
People who don’t believe that going backward to the familiar is the way to move forward.
People who don’t settle for some predisposed status-quo.
People who care about human rights, not human oppression.
People who believe in compassion, not neglect.
People who believe in activism, not apathy.
People who do things with integrity.
People who don't think they know everything, but love to learn new things.
People who care about the Quality of their lives, and the lives of those around them, not just the Quantity of things in their lives.
People who just like to have a good time hanging out with friends.
People who aren't afraid to laugh at themselves and can make you laugh even when the shit has hit the proverbial fan.
People who are honest and don't try to deceive themselves or others.
People I can communicate openly with.
People who are willing to compromise, just as I will compromise for them, but who will not expect me to compromise who I am.
People who challenge me, but who won’t try to fix me or make me into what they want me to be.
People with goals and dreams.
People who are little bit dorky (just like me).
People who aren't afraid to show their emotions from time to time but who isn't overly dramatic.
People who can hold an intelligent conversation about a multitude of topics.
People who understand that no one is perfect but loves people for who they are.
Basically I like people who are fun, dynamic, and who genuinely care about other people.
I am glad you enjoyed the illustrations. Not sure where i read this, but Texas is the 2nd best state after South Dakota for energy generation via wind turbines.
