About Eli Emily

Eli Emily is a singer/songwriter from Chicago who accompanies her voice with a unique and impressive finger-picking style on the acoustic bass guitar. Citing influences as diverse as Sarah McLachlan, Antonio Carlos-Jobim, Tom Waits, and the Eagles, Eli's music is an introspective folk/rock blend with straightforward and engaging lyrics set to captivating melodies.

Eli Emily has recently finished her first studio album with the help of Eric Yoder, founder of Chicago based Horse-Drawn Productions. "In An Otherwise Ordinary World" consists of twelve tracks that embraces various genres, from trip hop to rock to pop.
