Elisabeth was born in London, England and lived there until she was seven, when her family moved to Connecticut, USA. She started playing the piano when she was four and wrote her first (albeit pathetic) musical composition when she was nine. Most of her music from middle school and high school was about her friends or the boys she had crushes on, but in college she grew an interest in writing Christian-based music, and wrote Patience in 2007, followed more recently by The Way to Come Home . She graduated from NYU in May of 2009 with a B.S. Communication Studies and a double-minor in Film/TV production and Dramatic Literature, and is currently working in advertising.
Note: All the songs on this profile were, obviously, recorded by an amateur. Elisabeth used Garage Band, a super retro MIDI keyboard, and a USB microphone that was originally intended for use with the Playstation 2 game, "Karaoke Revolution." (Elisabeth also highly suggests that game, because it's a lot of fun.)
