As CO-FOUNDER & VP of So Sweet Records, Eli Smith splits his time between running a tastemaker electronic record label and his growing DJ/Production career. Hailing from Los Angeles, Eli also spends part of his time running the Japanese branch of So Sweet in Tokyo. With releases by artists such as Crystal Castles, Ladytron, Shinichi Osawa + Le Castle Vania and hosting stages at EDC, and Nocturnal, two of the biggest dance festivals in the US, look out for So Sweet to be one of the fastest growing independent labels in 2009. Eli has a new original track out called "Party All Knight" and many more in the works. Tour dates coming up all over the US, Europe and Asia with focus on industry events such as SXSW and WMC.
