Elite Summer Nationals will have the largest automotive show in the Southeast. The "Who's Who" of the car world will be present. Will you??
Think you have what it takes? New paint job? New rims? These might not be enough to earn you a trip to the winners stage...or maybe it is. Detail until your fingers are numb; we have some of the best judges in the industry. No matter if you have a 1968 Camaro or a 2005 Twin Turbo 350Z...bring it out!
While the EXPO center is very large, indoor exhibit space is limited to only 60 car show vehicles. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE If you would like to be considered for an indoor parking space, so register early to secure your spot!!

DRIFT
This is a high skilled, high powered motor sport where drivers intentionally maneuver their cars into well executed, controlled sideways slides at high speeds through a marked course. Each event has more than 40 drivers participating with skill levels ranging from novice to professional.
The drift event at our last years Elite Summer Nationals was a huge success, with over 50 drift cars participating from all over the South East Region, including some of our own local talent displaying their drifting skills.
This year we are expecting an even bigger enthusiast and fan based following, making this years drift event bigger and better than our previous event.
DG Trials was formed with one central goal in mind - to increase awareness and participation in modern forms of motorsport. The Drift and Gymkhana Trials Association was established to make drifting and gymkhana more accessible to enthusiasts. DGTrials also aims to enhance the image of drifting in the US, bringing it to the level of other popular forms of motorsport.
DG Trials aims to lead in the development of grassroots movements, by supporting enthusiasts and developing rules and regulations to govern their activities to provide safe and enjoyable automotive fun for those who wish to participate. As DGTrials grows and evolves, our short-term objectives may change, but our mission will never waiver ? we are serious about innovation in motorsports.

MECA
MECA is the Mobile Electronics Competition Association, INC. MECA is the largest car audio club in the USA, and most likely the world with affiliates in China, Thailand, the Caribbean, Mexico and the UK. MECA includes over 100 Retail Member store fronts and 20 Manufacturer Members/Sponsors.
MECA's trademarked Sound Quality League and Sound Pressure League offer contests focused on car audio sports games. The Sound Quality League presents 3 contests: Sound Quality (8 classes) rates the realism and accuracy of the system’s music reproduction; Install (4 classes) examines the quality of workmanship and design; "RTA Freq Out" scores the technical aspect of frequency proportion and accuracy. The Sound Pressure League contests work with 18 classes, based on system potential and design to find the loudest systems that play extreme bass notes. The popular crowd pleaser “Drive-by SPL Parade” tests the loudest music playing vehicles in 5 classes to find the “neighborhood nuisances” with the loudest systems outside the vehicle.
MECA members compete for the awards and points through-out the season, culminating with State Champions being recognized in each class.
The 2009 MECA World Finals Soundfest will be held at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville on October 3-4th. World Champions in each class are determined and recognized for their accomplishments.
MECA is the car audio club for all car audio enthusiasts, whether the President of a major name-brand product line, the novice consumer, or the amateur competitor.

Elite Audio brings you Elite Summer Nationals,Saturday, August 8th, 2009.
Elite Summer Nationals, will be held at the Spartanburg Expo Center in
Spartanburg, South Carolina, with an all day Sound, Show and Drift event.
The sound competition will be intense, ranging from ground-shaking bass
classes to sound quality judging. Hundreds of show cars will take over the
expo center; everything from sport compacts, domestics, classic cars, exotics,
trucks, and more.
See your favorite magazine and media featured cars in person! Throughout
the show in the 100,000 square ft. facility, vendors will be showing off the
latest and greatest in the automotive industry at their booths. Outside, the
event heats up with the Drift competition, hosted by DG Trials. Watch as cars
power slide, twist, and turn at high speeds through the race course.
Professionals and amateurs will race all day, competing for top honors.
Be sure not to miss this automotive lifestyle event!
