I grew up in Heavy Metal when that meant Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Judas Preist...I even had patches on my denim jacket. Then I found punk and "matured" into Echo and the Bunnymen and The Jam. I morphed with the 80s in an uncomfortable, pubescent way but was anchored by early REM and The Police. I played in bands all along the way and covered them all. I had my hippy days in Vail where I once spent three days straight at Red Rocks for Phish and I then played my share of acoustic grunge in the mid 90s when I shook the THC from my gaze (well, maybe not all of it). I settled into the driving Power Pop of Buffalo Tom and always integrate the blues of the Masters with the varieties of Big Head Todd, Los Lobos and the lovely Susan Tedeschi. Did I mention Zeppelin? Never enough Zeppelin. Matthew Sweet, Sublime, the immortal Johnny Cash, Audioslave, Paul Weller, Arturo Sandoval, Manu Chao, White Stripes, Cameron de la Isla...whatever.
Movies
Cocktail (just kidding)
Television
I watch the news over breakfast (mostly for the weather) and flick between late night talk shows as I fall asleep (usually between 3 and 4 am). In between I catch sports at my bar. If I get a half hour on the couch, I check out Comedy Central, The Travel Channel, The Food Netwoork, The History Channel or Discovery...that's of course when there's nothing enthralling on MTV or VH1...

I enjoy cocktails very much. I also admire your myspace admissions policy. I get a lot of marketing bullshit too (ie "Westcoast Computer"-DECLINED) but rather than bothering to listen to the music or check their site, I give them a probation period and if they bulletin less than twice, they can stay. I mean, we are all whores, right?
