BiG TeA PaRtY videos and mini-documentaries are aired on national satellite TV on the Dish Network, used in the classroom, and are available for purchase on her web site www.bigteaparty.com. These how-to videos encourage people to use their own imagination, skill and energy to advance not only their lives but the community around them and ultimately the planet. Elizabeth's goal is to promote a sustainable living trinity - good health, environmentalism and community activism -- a practical, rewarding lifestyle where ones actions won't have a negative effect on future generations. ~+~+~+~+~ Elizabeth has appeared on NBCs The Today Show and on the Food Network as a guest on weatherman Al Roker's cooking show On the Road With Roker. She has been featured in the Lonely Planet Travel Guide to Philadelphia; National Geographic Travelers Magazine; The New York Times; The Philadelphia Inquirer; and The Chicago Tribune. She has been the Master of Ceremonies at Scribe Video's Fashion Show for Teens and at Whole Foods Supermarket Meatless Monday event; she was a panelist at the annual dinner and fundraiser for the charity Women in Transition; and did an invitational reading for Banned Book Week at the Free Library of Philadelphia.
