(IT) Gli Elizabeth O’Key non sono una comune rock band, ma rappresentano la realizzazione di un progetto che nasce dall’incontro di quattro musicisti: Vanna (voce), Luigi (chitarra), Giovanni (basso) e Claudio (batteria). Questi ultimi, infatti, anche singolarmente e con diverse formazioni, hanno partecipato alle più svariate manifestazioni musicali condividendo il palco con diversi esponenti del panorama musicale indipendente, alla ricerca di un sound che potesse contraddistinguerli.
Nasce così “Momenti”, una raccolta di sette brani inediti, di cui quattro in lingua italiana e tre in lingua inglese e cinque strumentali con la quale gli EOK decidono di cavalcare la scena musicale italiana ed estera. Gli stati più importanti dell’animo umano, quali la rabbia, il dolore, la voglia di libertà, trovano un connubio perfetto tra testi e musica, oltre ad essere ben interpretati nelle esibizioni live dove l’impatto con il pubblico fa di questa band una delle più trascinanti e rappresentative del loro genere. Un rock ricco di contaminazioni e capace di alternare momenti di quiete apparente a frammenti di rabbia.

(ENG) Not an usual rock band, Elizabeth O’Key carry out the projects of four musicians: Vanna (vocals), Luigi (guitar), Giovanni (bass) and Claudio (drums). Each of them was previously in other bands, taking part in the most relevant music shows and sharing the stage with important artists, still in search of their typical sound. “Momenti” is a collection of seven songs (four in Italian and three in English), alternating five instrumental songs, meant to gain attention in the Italian music scene and abroad. Anger, sorrow, lust for freedom and more human feelings and moods are perfectly conveyed through music and lyrics, and find their best expression in live performances, where the band is even more impressive. Apparent calm and moments of anger find a perfect balance in EOK’s rock, with its numerous influences and inspirations.
