ellee ven and Hot Sauce Records are proud to announce the winners of the Project Remix 2009 contest—the remix competition in which people of all ages and experience could remix ellee ven’s “Here” or “Sorry’s Not Enough” with their own style. After much deliberation, one remix stood out above the rest. In first place is Summa Riot’s remix of “Here.” Among being featured on ellee ven’s MySpace for the next few weeks, the remix will also be featured on ellee ven next release. Frankie Sottile’s remix of “Here” finished in second.

ellee ven was featured as one of the "Top 100 Unsigned Artists" in Music Connection's end of 2008 issue!
"Ellee ven all the way from California was up next. They have a huge band compared to the 2 piece before them, but once they were all set up it was ready to rock. A lot of the patrons at Mr. G’s remembered Ellee ven’s set from last year’s MMC and they wanted to come back for more. Their song “Dangerous Diversion” is also the title track for their new CD that I’m sure rocks! Their set was filled with rockin’ lyrics and rappin’ lyrics. It was a great mixture and they definitely know how to keep their crowds attention!" --
