ellee ven and Hot Sauce Records are proud to announce the winners of the Project Remix 2009 contest—the remix competition in which people of all ages and experience could remix ellee ven’s “Here” or “Sorry’s Not Enough” with their own style. After much deliberation, one remix stood out above the rest. In first place is Summa Riot’s remix of “Here.” Among being featured on ellee ven’s MySpace for the next few weeks, the remix will also be featured on ellee ven next release. Frankie Sottile’s remix of “Here” finished in second.

I'll be playing AND speaking at Play:STL Festival in St Louis on September 19, 2009. I'll be speaking on a music panel at 3pm, as well as performing at Cicero's at 9:30PM. For more information, www.playstlfest.com. See you there!

After a perfectly lazy summer, I have a few shows set up! I've been recording also, so expect some new songs soon. The two shows have been posted--one in Venice, CA and another in St. Louis, MO.
