Ellen wrote her third album together with guitar player Robin Berlijn. “Impossible Girl” was recorded together with Robin and drummer Henk Jonkers. The record is made of pure rock and makes you think of The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac and The Pretenders. Ellen released a documentary about her life called: “Ellen Ten Damme – As I Was Wondering Where This Mixed-Up Little Life Of Mine Was Leading To”. Director Rob Hodselmans followed Ellen for almost one and a half year.
We'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year. For most of us (myspace users) , things will change a bit for the best, for some will be the same as 2007, and for others might even became a hell of a year, but we shouldn't complaint, because we have everything we need. For those who have nothing, things will only get worse. Once again, like the tradition demands, we'll stuff our asses with food, blow up firecrackers, and get wasted till morning light. We'll make the same old promisses that we can only keep for a week, and in 2 weeks ,after the hangover is over things will come to normality, and then , because time flies, we'll be soon celebrating the end of 2008.Many people look forward to the New Year for a new start on old habits.

Helaas moest ik werken vanavond (maandag) en toen ik bij de Sugar aan de deur kwam was de show net 10 minuten voorbij. Ik had het graag willen zien. Ik heb volgens mij ooit monitors gedaan toen jij met Konrad in de Melkweg stond, een paar jaar geleden- en dat vond ik geweldig!(Of was dat met die mensen van het concertgebouw? -Of met allebei een keer? Sorry ik raak soms de tel kwijt!) In ieder geval vind ik zowel Konrad en zijn band als jou supertof en had ik graag die combinatie nog eens gezien/gehoord...
Hoe was het vandaag? Ga je nog meer van dat soort shows doen? Ook al ben je een heel toffe rock-zangeres, met een Big Band vind ik je nog altijd op je mooist!
