i am not ellen west. ellen west is the name of a throwing muses song. ellen west is not just a character, she is a real person. she was a real person. she is dead now, but i am not. throwing muses (www.throwingmusic.com) are sort of dead, but 50 foot wave (www.myspace.com/50footwave) is alive, kicking and screaming!
i play in a band with Matt and Tommy called The Missing Planes. the wooly mammoth may be extinct, but The Missing Planes are alive. check us out here:
i had a few songs sitting around that didn't quite fit in with that band. i kept them as is, sad and mellow, and play them acoustically every once in a while.

Your review is in my blog. It will always stay there so people hit you up. It will run all next week in Nightlife, printed - before the Infinity show on the 29 and also in BFLO Rising Online as soon as I get the OK on that.
I love what you are doing with your music. Your sound is completely singular. Thank you for everything and have a great show. I will get that review to you as soon as I can.
