    I miss my friends and family, but I do not miss the repressive mentality in Grand Rapids. This is my home now and I am very happy. I just wish folks would visit me instead of them expecting me to be the one visiting! We are leaving Friday morning for Michigan though. My Dad is very sick and he has been in the hospital since last Thursday. I am so worried about him.

    I hope that you like that link I sent you. The Michigan Accent section should give you a good chuckle or two.

    Don't fool yourself, btw...you are a far bigger fruitcake than I! :)

    We're doing good. I ended up not having surgery. Thank goodness!!! Emme is 10 lbs 14 oz as of a week ago. Little piggy is growing fast. Madison is holding up real good. John is good about making sure she has some extra time. He knows what it is like to have siblings I don't so I think they understand each other more. I'm hoping to start back to work this week. Maybe a day or two. Very excited. I want to start saving now for next spring to take a family trip. I want to see you guys then go see my family in MO. It would be some fun traveling I think. Love you and miss you guys.
