That's some attitude you got there Elliot namely a "Manhattan Attitude"I really loved the song. It's made up of my favorite ingredients.Funky Beat,Clavinet, and grooving funky guitar playing. Those notes you played might have cause damage 'cause they ripped right through me .Your humbucking pickup is used to the max in this song. That's Al Cooper on organ?Wow,he is so subtle but so effective.

A comment on High On Love. This is a very happy, good feeling song not like a lot of music today, bitter sweet.I see the song was recorded in '77 but it still retains it's freshness and relevance. For those married 30 years I d'ont know if everybody is still high on love but of course we have our moments!.The guitar is vintage Elliot complimenting the vocals. The singer remiminds me a bit like Steve Miller.Good song, good feel to it.Please keep churning out those gems on your site.We really appreciate it!

I'm just a puny music teacher, however, you are required listening for the students, and btw, did you notice you're in the company of Brother Jack McDuff? I know you'll appreciate that and Jimmy Smith too, of course. Thanks, Madeline

I was just listening to Take Out the Dog and...This is the 1st simple and authentic Blues song I've heard in a while.Elliot's playing though on the suface is simple but after a closer listening you can hear some very flavourfull licks of a Jazzy sort floating through the song.Good stuff.Nice song, good arrangement. Thanks Elliot for sharing it with us!

Hey Elliot, just wanted to say aside from the world changing solo in "Reeling in the years", "Black Friday" never seems to get the accolades I think it deserves. Brilliant great stuff. Thanks!!!

I hadn't logged into the realm of "The SpaceMonster" for months partly due to phenomena like that. Ugh! I dig that "SpaceMonster" pet name of yours however!

At any rate continued musically inspired musings Elliott :)
Minus the defects ala SpaceMonster of-coarse!;)
