    Brian Sherman, Bjorn Briel, and Dimitri Kamas comprise the multifaceted pop/r&b group Ellis One (formerly LS3) Ellis One stands for moving forward, united, as a group one…representative of the brotherhood they have formed, first as friends and now as the music industry’s next big pop/r&b group destined for super stardom. The group was formed by Brian, who along with Dimitri and Bjorn found they all shared a passion for the same type of music; soulful realness of r&b. Ellis One set out to create a sound that could successfully tackle the competitive Minneapolis music scene and in the process they amassed a large following of loyal fans. Ellis One (LS3 at the time) also caught the ear of Urban World Management, who whole heartedly took on the role of helping to put Ellis One on the national radar. Immediately the group was brought to the attention of MTV and was cast on the show “America’s Top Pop Group”. Although their stay was short on the actual show, they continued to be a fan favorite garnering an 80% approval rating, which even at the time of the shows untimely demise was higher than the group that won. In addition, MTV’s fan page was barraged with thousands of messages in support of LS3, now Ellis One. Fans wondered if they were given a “raw deal” in regards to their abrupt dismissal and some called the group “the best singers on the show”. Not to be deterred, the group vowed to make MTV’s loss the music industry’s gain. Ellis One was featured on the “Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson”…hand picked by the enthusiastic Mr. Ferguson himself, he introduced them to the world by saying “I don’t know who they are, but they can really sing…the guys I met in the hallway earlier today…LS3” (now Ellis One). The group was received witha standing ovation and rave reviews. Since that incredible experience, Ellis One and Urban World have enlisted multi-platinum producer Kay Gee or Divine Mill (Next, Jaheim, Stacey Orrico, Naughty by Nature) to executive produce the groups heavily anticipated national debut. As a group, Ellis One has come a long way but know that this is only the beginning. They have much further to travel and are ready to take the music world by storm…
