Eloisia was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and like a real "Carioca" music and dance were always part of her life. After moving to Paris she first started doing background vocals for artists like Kaoma, Alpha Blondy, Lowalva Bras, Marcello... Then, with her soft and melodic voice she inspired Nouvelle Vagues's producer Marc Collin who invited her to join two of his albums. She was also invited to join the project "Brazilian and Argentinian" called "Brifo Southfull " produced by the talented Brifo (ex-member of the Gotan project); to join the song "Frio silencio" by Jean Pierre Covini (in which she wrote the lyrics); to join the Maido project in which she sang the song "Vem ca" (available to download on itunes); and recenlty she was invited by German producer/composer Meeco to participate his album "Amargo Mel" in which she sang the title track accompanied by Eddie Henderson, Ron Carter, David "Fathead" Newman, Hubert Laws.. After the great critics of Meeco's first album she now sings all songs of Meeco's new album "Perfume e Caricias" (to be relased in 2010) accompanied by jazz greats as KENNY BARRON, EDDIE HENDERSON, JAMES MOODY, BUSTER WILLIAMS & VINCENT HERRING... -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Née au Brésil à Rio de Janeiro, Eloisia, comme une vraie "Carioca", la musique et la dance qui font partis de sa vie. Mais le coup de foudre est pour Paris. C'est là qu'elle pose ses valises et son coeur. Elle participe aux choeurs de plusieurs artistes comme : Kaoma, Alpha Blondy, Lowalva Bras, Marcello... Avec sa voix douce, mélodique et sensuelle : elle inspire le producteur de Nouvelle Vague, Marc Collin, qui l'a invitée à participer à son projet, participe au projet " Brazilian and Argentinian " nommé : " Southfull Brifo " produit par le talentueux Brifo (Ex-Membre de Gotan Project) et à celui de Jean Pierre Covini (Dans lequel elle écrit les paroles d'une musique sur un arrangement qui l'a très seduit), par son accent Carioca elle éveille Maido Project qui l'invite dans "Vem ca" (sur itunes store), et, recemment, elle fut invitée par Meeco, compositeur/producteur allemand pour son album "Amargo Mel". "Amargo Mel" étant le titre d'un morceau de l'album qu'elle a composé en featuring avec Eddie Henderson qui joue du flugelhorn, Ron Carter, David "Fathead" Newman, Hubert Laws... Le 8 juin 2009 sortira le 3eme album de Nouvelle vague où Eloisia interprete deux morceaux.
