"One of Manchester’s top teen bands....they have the back up to deliver on their burgeoning potential" Clash Magazine
"Like the Monkeys meets Nirvana" NME
"One of the most exciting new bands to come out of Manchester in ages, and i ought to know i've listened to hundreds of them since we started this thing." Danny McNamara - The Aftershow / Embrace
''El Policia are the rock band that Manchester's been waiting for, a band where the music matches the image and the haircuts and are prepared to make a riotous noise rather than a emo slitting Black Parade.'' - Designer Magazine
''Manchester’s next big thing EL POLICIA, definitely ones for the future! ''Roadhouse
''THE AGGRESSIVE PUNK DRIVEN 'MISS MY YOUTH’ HIGHLIGHTS THEIR SAID POTENTIAL; TIGHT GUITARS WOVEN AROUND DIRTY BASS RIFFS TO BRING A CLASH MEETS STROKES SOUND'' - PANIK! ATTACK!
"The great rock and blues coming through their beautiful amps was met by a lead singers voice with a hint of Kurt Cobain and playing showing more than a bit of Hendrix flair. They have a real New York look to them and in fact, when I first saw them, I assumed that was where they were from!" - GUESTLIST MUSIC
"Hey, anything that gets ‘the kids’ listening to decent music is a plus in our book and El Policia could be the ones to do that." - GUESTLIST MUSIC

Its our only Manchester gig of the Summer as we're taking a break to write some new songs - so come on down for your last chance to hear the old Mandigans songs
WHATS THE DATE AND WHAT TIME? Wed July 1st @ 7pm
WHERE? Halle Square - its where JD Sports and Henri Lloyd store are
(Note: There's a very very small chance the gig may get moved to Exchange Square, near Next, so if you dont see a PA system and band around 6.30pm at Halle Square you know where to move to)
