Forming just over a year ago the Manchester teen band were:
* featured in NME Radar after just 4 gigs
* Received Radio 1 airplay from both Steve Lamacq and Huw Stephens
* Live sessions with The Thrills on Channel M
* 3 incendiary gigs at In The City which saw Clash Magazine name them as one of the bands of the weekend
* Support slots with the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Future Of The Left, Love Minus Zero (ex-Babyshambles), Poppy & The Jezebels, Dragons, The Sugars and many more.
2008 has seen a new EP recorded and earlier this year the band were selected by Andy Rourke and Danny McNamara to play the sold out Versus Cancer Aftershow with The Paddingtons, Dodgy and Example
MAPS Festival and Eclectica Festival marks that start of the summer festival season for the band

She’ll be along with her pal and collaborator Thoughtless Jolly; pure folk wonderment (“Nice Boobs” - Colin Murray Radio 1). Following them will be Former Nelson; superior acoustic song smith in full band guise (former Atlantic Records) and rounding off the night will be Paul Wilkes with the finest array of country folk imaginable (full album release 2008)...
