I love listening to and making music. I like every type of music...even some death metal and rap, although country still has yet to grab me.
Let's see. When I was about 2, I sat down at the piano and plunked out a C chord. From then on, I decided I'd love to work with music.
I began my music "career" at 8, usually playing piano and using whatever I could as a drum substitute. When I was 9, I bought almost the entire eJay series.
At 12, I purchased a program called FruityLoops, and from then on I was working with the FruityLoops Studio software. The sound quality, however, was beginning to bother me. Recently I switched over to GarageBand, which is a cool program, but still very easy to use. Now, I use Sequel, which is somewhat like GarageBand, and it still allows room for creativity.
I've always loved making music. I love harmonizing and singing as well, and I suppose my singing isn't terrible. I love to mix in vocals with electronic effects, my favorite being delay and/or reverb.
I've begun to listen to the orchestra, jazz, and a capella music. The orchestra is beautiful, jazz is alive, and a capella is amazing. The three combined are pretty much it on a stick.
I first started listening to techno, trance, house, dance, and all those good genres when I was somewhere around 9 or 10. Listening to the big bass sound, the atmospheric sequences, and the constant beat was the highlight of my day. When I heard the sounds of Jeremy Soule, Koji Kondo, Jesper Kyd, etc., I knew what I wanted to do wih my music. That's when I started to compose for the consoles. I don't have a specific category that my music fits into, nor do I want it to.
I'm pretty ecstatic to be sharing my music with other producers. One day I hope to really start work on a video game. I can't wait!
That's all for now, I suppose.
Peace and love,
Ellie

Elspeth Eastmanasaurus our lost bretheren...Oh when can we eat delicious leaves and roam the plains again like in the days of yore?
'Tis us Bossasaurus with more remix hotness excavated from the hottest volcanoes around. This time we've got a Redman and Method Man remix of "Dangerous MC's". Please come on over to our page and check it out. We will be making it available for free download very soon.
What’s Crackin’ Elspeth Eastman ? We’re hitting back our myspace folks to let you know that your prayers have been answered. What prayers, you may ask. Well, today my friends, the good reptiles over at Bossasaurus (namely the ones writing this message) have teamed up with Murs (Living Legends, Def Jux, 9th Wonder, etc.) to, for the first time ever, offer you a taste of our music with an emcee over them. If you hate emcees and were feeling the tranquility of our un-defiled instrumental works than we sincerely apologize for our critical error in judgment. Otherwise come on over and check out our Murs feat. James Blunt 'Everything' remix.
Blessed I'll Be is on constant rotation in Mike R.'s playlist. hahaha We may be a metal band, but we highly support your music. It's probably the most solid self-recorded/written local music in the region. Not even just the area. I'm talking in the bi-state area. IN/MI. True story.
