About me:

I'm Thelys, 23, webmiss and creator of a website about Michael Jackson called Elusive Shadow. It features many information about the singer's career and life. It opened on June 18th 2007. On January 14, 2009, I can say that more than a half million people visited the website. I'm sorry for those of you who don't speak French, the website IS in French. I'm working on an English translation but as the French website contains nearly 1000 articles, it will take a while to make it available in English ;-)

I interest myself in many things but one of them is very close to my heart: celebrity and media coverage. I conducted research studies about it, focusing on the impact of the media on society, mentalities and people. I'm very concerned about the specific issues public figures can be confronted to (isolation, loneliness, emotional pressure). I really would like those difficulties to be taken into account more than they currently are, in order to avoid certain human tragedies: many celebrities are loved beyond belief in their public life and lonely to death in their private life.

I live in Paris. Last year, I translated and promoted Aphrodite Jones' latest book about Michael Jackson. I also do concert photography and photographed several famous French artists including Yannick Noah, Julie Zenatti, Christophe Willem, Christophe Maé, Patrick Bruel and many others...
