Jerez Flamenco Chill es una serie de discos con canciones ambientales de base chill al estilo de Jerez, es decir, con toques andaluces de guitarra flamenca, piano acústico de toque aflamencado, voces "jondas", palmas, castañuelas, taconeo, cajón...

Estos discos son recopilaciones de canciones de varios intérpretes-autores-productores.
