Elveblest is an annual music-festival based in Årnes, whitch is right outside (about 45 minutes) Oslo, Norway. The first festival was arranged in 2002, and normally it is a one-day event, but this year we will expand, so two days filled with punk, rock and metal will take place on the 17th and 18th of August!
The founders are Thomas Kristensen and Ronny Østli, but the crew has grown, and today we are small bunch of people who works more or less for free to get this party up and running!
The bands that have visited us are from amateurs to very professional artists, as we aim to please the locals as well as the bigger audiences.
The capacity of the "venue" is about 600 people, and it is an outdoor show, although we do have a huge tent to protect us from possible showers.
We do serve alcohol, but it is also a possibility for those under the age of 18 to attend. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, with beautiful surroundings of nature, but still not far from the local train-station and grocery-stores.
