LOCAL BANDS! Mark has learned over the past 15 or so years by watching his friend Bill Neumeier. He learned the best music is in our own front yard, support your local talent and it will support you. We were introduced to so many local musicians and are so priveledged to still be friends with them today. We enjoy a wide varienty of music. If it is performed well true talent is hard not to enjoy it, feel it, respect it.
Music
I really like the blues. Mark and I go to the Arkansas Blues and Heritage festival each year in Helena, Ar. We go with friends, have a blast! We like all types of music tho. Classic Rock is also a favorite. Music of all kinds when done well with purpose and feeling is my favorite!
Television
We have 3 televisions that are always on. the big screen is in the back by the stage. We have satellite music by Sirius on all the time and an awesome jukebox with lots of great tunes!
Heroes
As a matter of fact I do! MaryLou Driggers, as far as I am concerned she is a saint and I love her! Zac Burnett, he is the son of my friend Lisa, best friend to my son in law Richard. He is in Iraq right now fighting for God only knows. Stay safe Zac, we love you and miss you so much. JoAnn Sanders, Dr. Ford Barnes, and others I cannot think of right now.

Who I'd like to meet: Stevie Ray Vaughan. What a talented soul! He had his own personal sound, style and energy! What free spirited syle and sound from such a plain appearing guy. His rough, rowdy bluesy, voice that would melt that part of your heart that only a woman could know. The energy demanded from every guitar string that was exhausted was spine tingling and felt from the tip of my toes to the top of my head in bursts of awe. What a guy! What a great loss to music lovers of all kinds, what a vast empty space ripped out of the future of the blues.
thanks for letting me "rock out with my lock out. It will happen again soon. Comming soon- "The Hubcap"! Or I could just tie a VCR around my neck. I gotta go, Crazy Bill is hookin' and I want to catch him while he's still out.
