I have a lot of old TV shows that I love and a few new ones! I love Reality TV....America's Next Top Model, American Idol, Flava of Love (hilarious!!!), Being Bobby Brown. Man there is, How I Met Your Mother, Will and Grace, which is so funny! I have every episode of the Wayans Bros on tape (VHS, yes I said it...VHS) since 1996! Martin (oldie but goodie), The Cosby Show, In Living Color, Girlfriends, That's So Raven, Friends, The Dave Chappell Show, and that's pretty much it right now.
Books
..Red>.."The Sexual Healing Journey: A Guide for Survivors of Sexual Abuse" By: Wendy Maltz.......Being a survivor of molestation I find this book to be really helpful in my recovery. I am just thankful for this book because I am able to openly talk about it and have stopped blaming myself for something that was not of my control or asking.
..Red>.."The Road To Power: Taking Control Of Your Life" By: Barbara Berger. This book is definately influential in my spritual growth. I recommend this book for all human beings who seek knowledge and development within themselves.....
At this moment I am really interested in Christoper Rice novels. He is pretty darn good at writing fictional mystery novels. I enjoy his mother's books and decided to give him a try. I have read his second Novel: The Snow Garden, and am now working on the third: Light Before Day. I recommend them if you are into such novels.
Heroes
I have only two hero's in the sense that I respect it in. My mother....
She is such a strong woman who raised two daughters without a father present and i have to say she did one hell of a job! She so special to me and just a wonderful person all together.
And my Grandpa (Papa) He is a Hero.
He fought in many wars and survived with two bullets still present in his body today. He helped raise me and became my father when a father was no where to be found. He spent his life raising my family, from my mom, my uncles, my aunt, and my sister and I and still asks for his great grandchildren to come! He is a walking hero in every aspect of the word.
Looking to network with people who are in the film industry: writers, directors, producers, camera men, dancers, choreographers, etc. The entertainment business as a whole!

Its amazing how people who are against or do not understand your loving heart are so drawn to your poems. I think its a way of uniting hearts, souls and minds through words. I am stronger than the most tenacious winds sweeping through the streets during the mid winter season in Chicago, Illinois,
Virile as the African American Students who first entered the doors of forbidden territory in 1954
I stand tall like the trees that tower the land of forestry in the numerical realms of infinity
And would willingly endure the pain of giving life to a spirit through the most erogenous area of my body
Yet my soul cries heavily when I lay myself down to sleep at night without your arms wrapped around me.
I can withstand and sore above the resistance of humanity's ignorance, prejudice and sexism
Take negativity and devour it with my chin aimed towards the sky as I climb vigorously to conquer my generations fear of new heights.
I can exert impeccable strength during times of death so that a moment of weakness can be granted to my grieving family before laying a body to rest.
And yet when the morning arises and the the alarm sounds through the room I wake to wet pillow cases because I can't detain my spirit from mourning the love I lost with you.
I am the most prominent example of femininity by the way I attract attention without submitting to the media's idea of what beauty should be
Can walk in a room and demand the curious flow of energy to follow and cause newfound insecurities to emerge in those who seem to live in others shadows
I can be the perfect candidate to campaign the reality that there are successful beautiful black women to cite wedding vows to
Yet I criticize every essence of my being when searching for the reason to why you couldn't see the forever in me like I had seen in you.
I can take the most withered flower, plant a new soil foundation, be eager to nurture it back to life and then have the patience to watch it as it re-blossoms
And yet I can't seem to pull myself together, start a new love affair without them being compared to you and bring the reality of there being no us into an acceptance
It's like your entrance into my soul seems to have no exit
And the strength that I carry throughout my life, in this love, has no existence.
