Born on 1964, Emanuele Lo Giudice starts his deejay career very soon. At 16een years old, he starts to record music cassettes for his friends with just an old turntable and, with the "cut" technique and wisely using the "play" and "breaks" keys of his cassettes recorder, succeeds to mixing the songs creating some dj sets very appreciated.
He begins to frequent the discos of the city and the passage from client to the dj consolle was brief indeed. He works as second dj (at times it was the "slow songs dj") to the Tartaruga, one of the most known disco in Palermo city ( Sicily - Italy ).
At 20 years old, the attended breakthrough. Taking advantage by the absence of the master deejay, forced to house for sickness, as substitute runs him for the inaugural evening of the summer season near the disco "Al Castello" of St. Nicola L' Arena (very popular disco in the years 80/90). It was on MAY 1984.
From there a formidable career it will depart, and he will work in all the discos of his city:
Il Cerchio, Pare Choc, Jackie O' ( Isola delle Femmine - PA ), Grants, AnyWay, La Conchiglia ( Balestrate - PA ), Rosamunda ( Balestrate - PA ), Speak Easy, Noctis, Paramatta, Villa Cavarretta ( Bagheria - PA ), Villa Florio, Alibi, New Kennedy ( Alcamo - TP ), Rebibbia ( Ficarazzi - PA ), Bier Garden, Quetzal, Il Moro, Matrix, Il Boschetto ( Ustica Isle - PA ); proposing House Music dj sets (a true novelty at times), realizing with its friends the idea for a "musical events organization", a group that will distinguish, in the dancing afternoons devoted to the teen-agers, and in saturday evening.
For pronunciation convenience of his own name he holds to assemble it in DJ LOGEMA (it will be a good intuition).
The evolving of House Music and the more and more consistent public appreciation, of this musical dance tide, brings him to be signalled as one among the most popular deejays of the city, placed side by side to names likes: Roberto Masi ( BLAST ), Mario Caminita ( CLUTCH ) , Manlio Lo Coco, Toti Marfia to quote someone of it.
His more appreciated and known performances are those happened near two tendential clubs, between 1990 and 1996, "Bier Garden" and "Rebibbia",
and, what happened in Ustica ( an isle near Palermo ) at Boschetto Club on 1993 where, for the first time in Sicily, he played techno house music.
Its passion for the innovative sounds will bring him in the time to have new experiences in Sicilian and, Italian disco clubs.
DJ LOGEMA DJ SETS, include, today, "HOUSE BREAKBEAT" / "ELECTRO HOUSE".
The great friendship, with his colleague Claudio La Mantia bring them to create an independent house music label, named "INTENSIVEREC", from which some house products are born with the name of PHONIK and FAKE FLOWERS.
From the 2000 his time is dedicated to the musical productions.
The last collaboration with the " Big Heads " team, headed by Vincenzo Callea (TI.PI.CAL. just for to say one of the most known house groups), allows : Emanuele, Claudio and Pietro (Pietro Gullo, subsequently united to the project) to create the team - 091 Productions - that it will distinguish him on the international dance record market. Don't Stop The Funk, PHONIK - Sexual Healing (091 rmxes), CLAM feat VDC – Girls Don't Like Electronic Music, DJ CALLEA vs 091 - are results very appreciated by international deejays and they have received a lot success also resulting present on a lot of Italian and Foreign compilations.
After the collaboration with the TENDENZIA RECORDS of Sergio Matina, colleague and friend of them, Emanuele and Claudio begin a constant production of House Electro jobs, under their name.
