Buffalo, New York natives RED WITH ENVY formed in early 2007 and brought together singer Carrie Cole, guitarist Chris Zorker, bassist Steve Hupkowicz, and drummer Jeremy Snyder. The members of the band mark such artists as Audioslave, Alice in Chains, 311, Motley Crue, and Korn as helping them to develop their in-your-face metal explosion.
Hailed by internet radio show hosts of Noah’s Ark as “one of the new premier original metal acts in Western New York”, this is definitely the crew to look out for in 2008. In their brief time together, the band has accomplished many goals. They have recorded a collection of songs produced and engineered by Rich Spalla of It'll Do Studio in Niagara Falls, NY. Also, RED WITH ENVY spent the latter half of 2007 entertaining crowds all over Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
The band returned to studio in 2008 to record a full-length CD, which they plan to release late in the year.
