Emenent Entertainment- An up and coming record label established in 2004 in the small town of Taos, New Mexico. Although young, it's two members, Baretta and Grenade offer an exclusive style of instrumentals to the Hip-Hop Community. Emenent Entertainment is currently the hottest production team in the southwestern region of the United States.
Baretta- Born on June 10, 1991, Baretta's real name is Gabriel Miller. Although born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, Baretta composes a variety of instrumentals of all genres.
Baretta grew up as a shy white kid in a town that is predominantly Hispanic. At the age of 8, rap started to become a big part of his life. A year later he began experimenting with his own writing. Baretta met Grenade at the age of 13 and began building his studio and composing his own beats. As he got more experienced, he started producing and engineering songs for local wanna-be artists.
Baretta is currently one half of the hottest production team in the Southwest.
Grenade- Born on March 5, 1991, Grenade's real name is Jon Chavira. Although new to instrumental composition, Grenade is already composing stunning Hip-Hop beats.
Grenade was raised in the South Side of New Orleans. As a Mexican growing up in an primarily black neighborhood, Grenade was influenced strongly by the African American culture. At the age of 8, Grenade began listening to local rap groups such as The Big Tymerz, Hot Boyz, and No-Limit Soljaz, making rap a major part of his life. Four years later Grenade moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and within a few months moved to Taos. Combining his Mexican heritage with his Southern background he decided to create his own unique style of rapping. Shortly after meeting Baretta, the two of them started to build their studio. Ever since, Grenade has been working on furthering his skills at producing and rapping.
