1 shot of absinthe, 1 shot of tequila, 1 shot of amaretto, 1 glass of mead, 2 shots of irish whiskey, 1 pint of guinness, and still being able to fully function just fine.

Created in the fall of 2003, Emerald Frequency is a Cleveland based father/daughter duo. An indie Celtic band, they're grabbing attention of folks all over the North Eastern Ohio area, and beyond. They play everything from Ani DiFranco tunes to Irish folk songs to an occasional mediaeval melody here and there, not to mention their own original songs.
There is much more information and many more tunes at our web site: emeraldfrequency.com

"Ticklin' The Strings" by Sweet Hollywaiians
Amazing Japanese hot string band playing 1920's, 30's, 40's style hawaiian, swing, calypso, blues, italian music and originals, featuring vintage instruments.3 songs with Robert Armstrong and Tony Marcus(from Robert Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders)
"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff

Bravo, Brava! Good, good show last night. It went way too quickly. Sir William, you are soon off to France w/the Smokin' Fez Monkeys for a European tour. And, Starlie I have watched you "come-of-age" as performer. You've arrived. Your ease as a vocalist, violinist, wind instrumentalist, and on percussion is a joy to behold. :) a fan, jim
Un placer encontraros aqui y disfrutar de vuestro magnifico trabajo. Un fuerte abrazo desde Extremadura, España, de vuestros amigos de Aulaga Folk. Juan Carlos
