Hi everyone. I own this small place in Edgerton, Wisconsin, called Emigail's Roadhouse. It is a grill and bar that features great Margaritas, and some damn good food. The name came from my two beautiful girls, Emily and Abigail. One of the things I love to do is cook, so that is why I creatated this place. Mind you it isn't fancy. Just a good down to earth place. Some of my favorite things that we serve is, Hickory Smoke Ribs, Jambalaya, Shrimp Gumbo. I may not be the most out going person, but I love seeing my customers have a great time. I love to party with all my friends hanging out listening to the music, dancing.
Who I'd like to meet: Jimmy Buffett, Steve Martin, people who can laugh, smile and live life to it fullest. Remember that today is here and you will not get another chance at it again.

Hey, I made it west! Lots of good eats, and after a week I still actually haven't been into seattle proper. We live about a block away from a really good beer bar, and about 10 from the nearest brewery. lol, now if I can just find a job i'll be set. Hope you're well, and it was great to see you!
