Hi, I'm an original solo singer/songwriter from the suburbs of Detroit. I'm in a kick ass band called, Selfmeyi. We're hip-hop based, but have touches of rock, blues, reggae, and other genres. They're gonna have to come up with a whole new genre for us. ;)
For now, I've put my solo career and other music projects on hold to focus on Selfmeyi. We have the single coming out in a couple of weeks and the album should be finished shortly after.
Sadly 5th Avenue Billiards is closed indefintely but I'm starting a new acoustic open mic at Royal Kubo in Clawson this Monday July 20th and every Monday evening after. Please come out and play if you're a musician or just listen to the many talented musicians that come out to perform for you! Great atmosphere there at Kubo and even better Filipino food! YUMMY!
