something that i've been needing to do for awhile. yet i still don't know how to play my f-ing guitars, so you kids will have to settle for my nouveo-psych-electro-indie type keyboards, drumloops, and breathy sex-kitten vocal antics.
this is my kind of therapy. and now that i have my own gear, world take over is just several songs away.
and yes the Leonard Cohen reference was intentional.

i remember sitting in your living room after an 8th grade dance and we all played name that song. You knew every frigand song imaginable, and could sing every note!
Long old boring story short - you had skills then, you have skills now, and I can't wait to see what happens with those skills in the future.
Holy mackanoly... whatever that means... I am totally digging that Beautiful Losers song, Em! I haven't checked out your music in a long time. I am freaking impressed!
Street Crime is in-your-face punk rock, spawned from the automotive wastelands that surround Detroit, Michigan. Taking the idea that certain forms of survival are born of necessity, Street Crime formed out of a need to bring fury back to rock and roll. Exploding like a Molotov cocktail onto the motor city’s underground punk rock scene- this band has burned hot and fast from the word go. With song and lyrical content dealing with a barrage of death, violence and broken homes- Street Crime take what they do very seriously-and VERY personally. With the big rock intros and blistering punk rock percussive assaults, this band takes each of us on a rollercoaster ride- more comparable to a drive-by than an amusement park. STREET CRIME reaches down and lashes out with a voice that is fiercely relevant. Having recently relocated to New Jersey, Street Crime is fighting hard to help punk rock put honesty back into the anger and sincerity back into the sweat. Using the landscape of their songs that tell stories and inject personal experiences of war, love, loss- anger, violence and grief- Street Crime is a band that holds onto dreams with bare, white, bloody knuckles. ”Your dreams are worth fighting ... sometimes worth dying for. It is more important than ever to have dreams in this day and age, we live in a world that will try to destroy you at each and every turn. As a band we stand by each other and by our music. We will never stop fighting!!! -SC
