As deeply disappointed as we all are that California voters passed Proposition 8, we must not allow that disappointment to linger. This vote is a temporary defeat in the long march toward equal rights for all citizens in America.
Please join me for a protest rally tonight at 7 pm on San Vicente Blvd between West Hollywood Park and the Pacific Design Center (647 N. San Vicente Blvd. West Hollywood CA 90069) as we move forward towards restoring equality for all in California.
San Vicente Blvd, between Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose Avenue will be closed tonight starting at 6 pm. San Vicente south-bound traffic will be directed to make left or right at Santa Monica Blvd. Signs have already been posted to help divert traffic.
I really want to talk in person with you about the music thing, and I think we should both pick out like a few songs that we hold dearly in our hearts and play them for each other on sunday.:)

That's amazing you were a band geek lol...i wanted to be in band and was in 5th grade for a semester, but i went to a small catholic school and they wouldnt let you play drums(which was what I wanted to play) unless you had like 2 years of piano lessons? which is fucktarded...so I had to play the saxophone and the whole time I played I just thought to myself "this is not the drums. this is not the drums. this is not the drums." and then I said "fuck this cock shit" but in a much more PG way, and quit band. Lol.
I've always been a quitter or a failure, that sounds bad but like idk...I think I've just hated everything since like 3rd grade when I got my first C in science class. And like as a little kid in kindergarten I was really like shy and introverted, and then there were like the annoying ADHD kids and then the awful extroverted overachievers and they were all teachers pet and like all about competeting to have the best elbow maccoroni art and I hated school/competition/over achievers since then.

Speeeeaking of Java Houuusee...yeah, I've been there a few times but that was before I worked at Starbucks or anything and I think I just got like a soy latte. I absolutely love kids...I've got 3 little nephews, a 5 year old, an almost 2 year old, and a 3 month old....they are amazinggg and i am so lucky to be involved in the shennanigans they get themselves into every time I come back to my home town.:) Do you have any siblings and nieces or nephews or anything?
I think I want a really big family...like 10 kids lol. Maybe not 10 kids, but I just think the idea of a big fun loving family is charming, haha. I only have an older brother, but my dad grew up in this big drunken german catholic family and has like 9 brothers and sisters so I grew up with this huge family always around and like 30 cousins, so that's probabllly why I find the idea of huge family's exciting. Idk though...kids are amazing whichever way you cut it!:)

Awwhh...Friday night my friend Zach's band Barebone Orchestra are playing their last show at The Mill before they move away...they won't start til like after 11 and I don't get off work until 9:30 anyways, I don't know if that's too late of a night for ya before you gotta drive all that way to Pride, but if you're up for it you're totally welcome to come yell profanities at his band with me on Friday night!:)

Hmmm...places to hiddde....well, besides curled up on my couch underneath my Beatles blanket with my laptop playing indie rawk love songssssss.......probably Starbucks. Lol...I've worked at the Starbucks in the Coral Ridge mall since October and I work like 6 days a week and when I'm not working I still end up going there and drinking coffee and hanging it. It's awesome, they're seriously like my family and Starbucks is pretty much the shit so yeaaah:)

Awww...that's also really cool you like running so much. I wish I liked running, lol...like i make myself do it sometimes but i hate every second of it...i think it's cause i was a really chubby little kid and i probably got made fun of for being so slow and that just kind of stuck with me hahaha...but i absolutely love a good rollerblade, so perhaps after we get coffee/tea we can rollerblade/run home!:D

OMG everything you just said about school I 100 percent agree with and have complained about in the past! You're so right, society tells us we're worthless if we're not in school or don't have a diploma.
