A native New Yorker, now making her home on the west coast, Emily is currently working on a new original project. After completing her solo CD, EXPERIENCE LIFE, Emily started working with high energy rock coverband, LA RIOT HOUSE (www.myspace.com/emilysriothouse), Led Zep tribute band, BLACK DOG (www.myspace.com/lablackdog), and other original projects (www.emilysharbani.com). She recently wrote recorded with bassist, Bryan Talbot (listen to 'My Spirit Died' and 'My Heart Finds Peace'). Prior to that she wrote and recorded with DirtyWorld; listen to another new tune, 'Dance With Insanity' (written with Jef Marso and Alan Garcia).
Having studied with such greats as Katie Agresta in New York and now
Seth Riggs in LA, Emily possesses a powerful set of pipes with a 4 octave range
to match. She has the versatility to woo you with a soft, sultry tone or blow
you away with an in-your-face, explosive, raw intensity. On stage, Emily captivates
her audience, wraps them up in a physical and emotional energy and doesn't let
go until she's left the stage.

Hi Emily Sharbani, Heaven & Earth is on hiatus now as Stuart Smith and Richie Onori have joined forces with bassist Steve Priest to reform "Sweet". For those of you unfamiliar with the band, Sweet originally formed in the early 70s and went on to sell over 40,000,000 albums with 11 International Top Ten Hits such as "Ballroom Blitz", "Little Willy", "Love is Like Oxygen", "Fox on the Run", "Teenage Rampage", "Action", "Blockbuster", "Hellraiser" and many others.
This reincarnation of the band reformed last year, playing their first show in June, and went on to play festivals throughout Canada and the States and had played to over 300,000 people before the year was out. During this tour last year they recorded a live CD available on Amazon entitled "Sweet, Live in America" which has received rave reviews - pick up a copy and please Add Sweet As Your Friend On Myspace!
