Art is a well established pole fitness and dance class based in
Milton Keynes. Emily holds a number of pole fitness and dancing
classes for ladies in the area.
Vertical art
is a strength and fitness activity, although pole dancing is often associated with
strippers and exotic dancing, pole fitness has taken off as a more
widely accepted exercise class in recent years. Emily's
Vertical Art classes welcome everyone, beginners to
advanced.
The classes are
open to all ages and sizes, here at Emily's Vertical Dance we
embrace curves,
we have a wide range of students. As long as you are over 18 and are
not pregnant or trying to conceive, you can come along.
Pole fitness
can be very gymnastic and is a great physical activity that
compliments all other aerobic, combat and strength disciplines.
