When is the right time for me to sign a publishing deal?
It's different for everyone but if you are unsigned we can help you with demos, shop a deal, get a van etc. If you have a record deal we work with you to find placement opportunities (movies, tv, video games, ringtones), help at radio, and collect your royalties.
What are ASCAP and BMI?
ASCAP and BMI are performing rights organizations. They collect performance royalties on behalf of writers and publishers

Bands: EMI does not accept unsolicited demos. What does that mean? You need a lawyer or manager to submit your music on your behalf.

That does not mean you can not get a publishing deal. Create a buzz! Play shows, create a fanbase... If you are making noise in your area we will find you!
