Emma Pask was just 16 when world class Jazz musician, James Morrison, asked her to join his band.
Her talent was spotted by James Morrison during one of his regular musical visits to high schools. She first sang with his band that night in March 1994, and has been recording and touring with Morrison around Australia and overseas, ever since.

By request, in 2006, Emma performed the Bridal Waltz for Nicole Kidman and
Keith Urban’s wedding, performing through the evening with a swinging set of big band numbers with the Sydney All Star Big Band.
Earlier that same year, Emma was awarded the Mo Award for “Jazz Vocalist of the year”.

She has performed to audiences up to 80,000, recorded with the BBC Big Band in London, performed in London at The Queen Elizabeth Hall with the BBC Concert Orchestra, in Bangkok at the International Music Festival, the Phillips International Jazz Festival, The Sydney Opera House, the Myer Music Bowl, , in Cape Town with the Darius Brubeck Trio, worked with the NZ Philharmonic, The Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, and the WA Symphony Orchestra.
