Hello! I'm Emma, and I'm 21 today! It's crazy to think what a trip this has been- I can still remember feeling my knee shaking uncontrollably the first time I sang in front of a group of people. It was opening day for the little leagues in Baltimore and I was 8. I was so freaked out by that experience, I told my parents "I am never doing that again and I don't want to ever talk about this."
lol that didn't last long. I guess that must have been when I got "bit" and I fell in love with the whole idea- it was so terrifying, but I wanted so badly to do it for some reason. So ever since, that has been the goal- to not let my fear get in the way and to just go for it! From the little league to singing the national anthem at Oriole Park, to writing my first song, auditioning for Berklee (not getting in the first time!!! lol shhh it took me two times) that reminds me, I was cut from my high school musical! haha i love saying that for some reason- every step has been terrifying and wonderful at the same time!
I'm in what some might call "artist development" right now- I grew up with three main influences: pop, country and r&b, and right now, I'm trying to bring all that together...

my mom is a songwriter- she wrote an album when i was little and we almost moved to nashville
I have a love affair with starbucks. I get chai- i've had one every day- the same drink, i kid you not, since my freshman year of high school. and yes- I know how much I could be saving.
I played basketball growing up- i miss it so much.. i was a point guard...i get to go to games sometimes but it's not the same!
There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.

1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
